Physical Gold Redemption

Enter the Redford’s Account Opening Procedures for Value Gold ETF (3081.HK/83081.HK)

After the Account is opened, the Customer can transfer the Units of Value Gold ETF(HK3081) into the new account
(if the Creation of Units was not done through Redford)

To complete and submit the Creation of Units application form and
prepay the Deposit for Service Fees base on the number of Creation of Units

Transaction Processing
(Count from the date that Redford officially submitted the application form to the Fund Manager)

The Authorized Armored Vehicle collect the physical gold from HKIA Precious Metals Depository and
deliver it to the Customer’s designated office
(Around 5 business days after the date that Redford officially submitted the application form to the Fund Manager)

Transaction completed. The customer fill in the form to withdraw the remaining deposit for service fee (if any)

Notes：* It is feasible to transfer the physical gold directly to the HKIA Precious Metals Depository account under the name of the Client
